Conversion of the iconic Edinburgh school building into 87 luxury dwellings.
The conversion of each of these apartments was technically complex due to the large scale of the site and the detail within the architects specification.
The creation of each of the luxury apartments required our operatives to work at heights of between 4.4m – 6.5m while erecting each mezzanine floor throughout the course of the project. The full Phase 1; Partition Wall & Ceiling Package was worth £350,000.00.
